I offer a mixed range of classes for different abilities, so whether it’s your first class or your five-hundredth, I'm sure you’ll find an option to challenge your body. My beginner’s course focuses on centering, isolating and activating your muscles. My intermediate class builds on technique and introduces more dynamic movements, coordination, while my advanced level lessons are suitable for experienced Pilates students.
