One-on-One Training

Individualized personal training, over 7 years of experience on all Pilates Apparatus. Certified on all systems. Ongoing Continuing Education and Certification. Experience with Pre and Post Operative Patients, Injury prevention, Low Impact Strength Training. I only use Gratz Equipment. Considered the Best of all brands of Pilates Equipment, made to Joseph Pilates specifications.

Private one-on-one instruction. Prices vary if you come to my studio, or I come to you. Classical Pilates one-on-one training, individualized customer service, and plans fit to every client. Not one size fits all.

Price: $85 per Hour. Group Packages of 10 $750.
