"Marlene has been my trainer for almost 2 years. Amazing teacher as well as a great person. I have been working with her in zoom + in person classes which it is a perfect combination to build your core skills. She is attentive and committed, her classes could be intense but also rewarding because she works to help you identify your strengths and your weaknesses. When I sit, my pelvis feels different, more grounded perhaps. My legs feel elongated a bit more and more supportive in the sitting position. My legs and pelvis feel nicer in the standing position. When I walk, my legs feel relaxed more. I get a sense of a stronger stride. It's a great feeling to start to have a stronger more involved pelvis and core. I can't wait for my mind to get a sense of the subtle changes and we work each week.

My thighs feel stronger when I stand and walk. They feel worked in a real nice way. I'm sure my hamstrings are well worked, but it feels different in the thighs.

I canceled my appointment with the orthopedic podiatrist. I'm so glad we discussed it, as you gave me a very good understanding of what great changes Pilates does to the mind and body over time. Thanks so much for that.
